What does it take to become a Pilot?

·         Complete a total of at least 40 hours of logged flight time.

o    At least 20 hours of flight instruction.

o    At least 10 hours of logged solo time.

·         Complete the written exam

o    Bismarck Aero Center Ground School

o    Self-study at your own pace

·         Take a medical physical for aviation.

·         Be proficient in the area of operations as          specified in FAR 61.

·         Complete your practical flight exam.
